“ It's Friday night in Hayward, and I have a craving for Chinese Curry Chicken w/ rice. Who around here makes that? I remember a small chinese restaurant on Tennyson called the Yummy Restaurant. They stay open until until 930pm, so I went there to checkout the menu. Listed under "Chicken," it says Curry Chicken. Everyone has a different variation of this dish, so I decided to try their version. It was ready in 10-mins. It's a big entree that can serve several people. The curry flavor isn't super strong. There's tender pieces of chicken, tender veggies like carrots, onions, and zucchini. Maybe some potatoes too. But there's lots of gravy, so it goes well with rice to create a hearty meal.
